As long as the little guy is otherwise healthy, I think those unusual extra legs ought to earn him a pampered life! My guess is he (or, actually, possibly, she) might have embryonically split ito become a twin, but something aborted that effort. Or else, some geneteic code went wonky (unknown whether environmental contaminents might have played a part, or simply Mother Nature being quirky). In any event, if he/she is fine in every other way and not in any pain, let him/her be and keep him/her as a pet. He or she has earned it.
